This Garden Route Guest and Game Farm  is situated  4km from the   George Airport, Oubaai Golf Estate and the popular Herolds Bay beach are all within a 4km radius from Utopia. The George city centre is a mere 14km from Utopia.

Five log cabins are each individual decorated, furnished and equipped to ensure a care free and memorable stay. All you need to bring a long is your clothes, food and loved ones!

Emu Farmers:

Semi tame wildlife including; Eland, Springbuck & Bontebok roam freely at Utopia. The Niguni Cattle is also a site to see with their multi-coloured hides and per-like behavior. Utopia also farm with Emus and a visit with these strange birds is an experience on its own. There is walking trails, horse riding and a lovely little chapel where many couples already pledged their love to each other.

These two units are situated next to each other. The en-suite bedroom and open plan lounge/ kitchen area are all facing the valley and ocean in the distance. A double sleeper couch in the lounge is ideal for children.

These three units are situated amongst the trees in a forest like setting. A foot path leads to each cottage.

The cottages consist of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, small open plan kitchen/ lounge area with sleeper couch and a deck area outside from where you can enjoy the surroundings. Each cottages has a braai with its own braai equipment.
